ABOUT
I'm a graduate of the University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatrical Design and Production - Scenic Design, Scenic Art, and Props.
While my background and education are in the theatrical industry, I aim to gain more experience with scenic art and design in other entertainment fields. I'm currently the Lead Scenic Artist, or Charge Artist, at Southern Methodist University's Meadows School of the Arts and a freelancer. These jobs have allowed me to branch out into the themed entertainment industry at Legoland in New York and the interactive exhibit industry with Meow Wolf in Texas.
I've tended to be a jack-of-all-trades in any job I've worked. I have a broad set of skills that lets me adapt to whatever task, and I'm always eager to learn something new. The entertainment industry is ever-evolving, and scenic artists are some of the few who combine ancient and modern techniques, tools, and materials. I appreciate working with others who are willing to grow together, teach others, and are open to broadening their own skill sets.
I'm committed to keeping employers and clients satisfied. Whether I'm on a construction site, in a shop, or whatever is acting as a paint deck at the time, I give each job the attention it deserves while keeping efficiency and safety in mind.
